The provision of technology is supported by providing all classrooms from PreKG to grade 6 with interactive screens, and grades 7 to 12 with interactive boards to allow for group viewing and discussions. All teachers are provided with laptops, upon request, to ensure that the tools, like Microsoft Teams, Microsoft OneNote and AssessPrep, are effectively used. MIS students can access the internet via wired and wireless connections that cover the entire campus. The BYOD system, Bring Your Own Device, is activated for Primary, Middle and Senior School students to facilitate the purposeful use of technology across and within disciplines. |

Brief description of entry evaluation required |
Applicants for grades (KG – 2) students will be interviewed. All applicants for grades (3-12) should sit for an entrance exam that includes Arabic Language, English Language and Math (Students who do not speak or read Arabic are exempted from the Arabic Exam). Upon Completion of the entrance exam, an interview with the Head of School or Deputy will be held. Upon the completion of a successful entrance exam and interview, the application will be placed on the waiting list until a vacancy in the desired grade arises. |

Mashrek International School is a private, bilingual, co-educational IB World School recognized by the Jordanian Ministry of Education. It was established in 1992. Mashrek offers the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) for grades 11 and 12; the Middle Years Programme (IBMYP) for grades 6 to 10 and the Primary Years Programme (IBPYP) for Pre-KG to grade 5. |
