Qualities and characteristics best defining the school

At GROW we equally want to emphasize the importance of mastering the basic academic knowledge so our children can understand the society and the world they live in. Therefore our mission is to provide each learner with high-quality education provided by highly qualified teachers.

Teaching approach of the school

Our curriculum integrates the most effective practices from global educational systems. For the academic side, we mostly follow the Cambridge Primary curriculum framework. We combine this with teaching strategies inspired from the Primary Years Program, better known as IB PYP.
We have 6 main subject areas: language, mathematics, science, social studies, arts and personal/social/physical education. Here also, we use PYP inspired approaches to learning that will help our students to learn "how to learn". These include thinking, communication, social, research, and self-management skills.
Finally, at GROW, we believe in a holistic, conceptual and inquiry-based approach to education where subjects are not taught in isolation but are woven together to reflect real-world scenarios. By exploring local and global issues, we highlight interconnections between the different subjects, enhancing the relevance and effectiveness of the learning experience.
