Temasek Independent School was founded in 2006 by local Indonesians who were concerned about the quality of education in Indonesia. The aim was to build a school that was rooted in Indonesia, but which has international standards and reach. TIS currently offers: Pre School for children from the age of 3 to 6 using the Montessori Method, Primary School for children from ages 6 to 12 – using the Cambridge International Primary School Programme and a 6-year programme that prepares students for the GCE ‘O'(ordinary) level/IGCSE examinations and “A” Level Examinations from Cambridge International Examination Syndicate,UK. |
