Comments and notes
Special consideration for usage of Registration Fee:
a. Payment by Term:
Provided that an official withdrawal is submitted to the Registrar no later than the due date of the payment for the next term, this one-time payment can be used to contra against the last or final term of the child’s tuition fee and all other fees occurred during the school year. The school should be informed by writing. Otherwise, this fee will be considered as nonrefundable and non-transferable.
b. Advance Payment:
For Tuition fees paid in advance for a minimum of one year and above, the registration fee will be refunded less all other outstanding fees occurred during the academic year provided an official notification of one month’s withdrawal is submitted to the Registrar. If the written advance notice of withdrawal to the registrar is less than a month, the registration fees will automatically be forfeited.
