Brief description of entry evaluation required	We currently use Terranova 3 Self-Scoring Exam as a Placement Level exam for new students. Additional English Proficiency Exam is given to determine students for Intensive English Program.

Deadline for registration (new academic year)	July 27, 2016 is the deadline for the next academic year. But may admit international students in Intensive English Program after assessment of previous school records.

School start time	School Starts at 7:30 am.
School finish time	School ends at 3:30 pm.
Supervised care before/after school	Teachers and staff report to work at 7am, thus, supervision within school grounds are available for students coming in early. After school, some teachers are still available only until 4:30 pm.
School bus service available	Yes, we service several zones in the surrounding areas of the school.
School provided lunches	BGIS has a cafeteria that serves International dishes paid on a semester basis. Grace Mart is a kiosk that sells snacks during break time, lunch time, and after school.

Extracurricular activities

Extracurricular activities or clubs offered	The school has Extra Curricular activities during Wednesdays namely; Tae Kwon Do, Basketball, Gymnastics. Guitar, Health and Wellness, Home Economics, Website Development, Korean Language for Beginners, Sign Language, and G-Wave (BGIS' very own children's ministry focused on sharing the gospel through music and dance).
Sports activities included	At BGIS, we have Basketball, Table Tennis, Taekwondo, and Gymnastics.

BGIS has an outdoor Basketball Court, a golf driving range, table tennis and a soccer field for students to enjoy outdoor sports. A Taekwondo gymnasium and an indoor play room for Kindergarten.

Qualities and characteristics best defining the school	We are an International Christian Mission School who endeavor to share the gospel through education. BGIS presents the academics in a Christian Worldview and enjoin our students to search for the truth with virtuous thinking habits.
Teaching approach of the school	BGIS believes that children have distinct learning characteristics, with this in mind, we provide instruction in English through classroom based discussion, homework and assessment. Projects are given on a regular basis to assess creativity. Case studies are taken in class to encourage students to reason and be critical in their thinking.
