Our school emphasizes sports. Therefore, students may register to train in tennis and equestrian sports/dressage. Some students take part in sport activities offered at various academies in the Barcelona area, such as: football (soccer), basketball, swimming, waterpolo, etc. Our school also organizes activities during the school year, such as excursions to museums, cultural events or monuments, nature activities, theme parks, etc. The Eco-Committee is particularly active in organizing events to support sustainable and green initiatives on our campus and community. |

ES American School was founded in 1999 and offers an independent, coeducational, American Elementary, Middle, and Senior High School program located in Barcelona, Spain. It is the objective of our school to provide students with an excellent academic and athletic experience which prepares them for the challenges of today’s world. All students receive individual attention, close academic guidance and personal counseling, in order to ensure both the acquisition of academic competencies and the development of individual strengths and talents. Students follow an American academic program, but also benefit from the multitude of cultures represented by their teachers and fellow students. |
