Schweizerschule Barcelona is a Swiss international school in Barcelona. It recently celebrated its 100 years' anniversary.
German and Spanish are the vehicular languages. It offers a familiar learning environment for ages P3 to Grade 12.
In Grade 12 students can pass the Swiss Highschool exam "Matura" which is converted automatically into a Spanish highschool exam.
The school follows the Swiss study plan in combination with Spanish and Catalan requirements. Thus a switch to a local school is possible without any additional exams.

Our School stands for openness and tolerance and our educational system encourages creativity and curiosity, as well as the motivation for active and independent research, understanding and learning. We promote teamwork, network thinking and at the same time, autonomy, a sense of responsibility, respect for oneself, for others and for the environment are promoted. We intend, in addition to their intellectual training, to shape the personality of our students to turn them into autonomous and responsible individuals, capable of achieving high academic goals.
