I would caution any teachers considering joining this school. If you have extensive teaching experience or experience teaching internationally, I implore you to look elsewhere. I have worked in many international schools, and I have never seen such disfunction, toxicity, or micro-management.

I would caution any parent considering enrolling their child at El Alsson. The environment is toxic and is not conducive to learning. Even more, the school focuses on profit and optics before academics. Most staff -- teachers and administrators -- lack sufficient qualifications for their positions. The curriculum is nonexistent, and teachers do not have access to adequate classroom materials. There is no consistent school discipline, and students are often left unsupervised to their own devices. Students are constantly disrespectful in class, fistfights and physical altercations occur nearly every day, and verbal abuse between students and from students is the norm. Understand that no true learning takes place at this "school."
