ALIS has an IT classroom with 25 PC’s and two mobile classrooms for Primary and Secondary that each have 25 laptops. Baccalaureate students can also bring their own devices to school. The teachers also have a further 35 laptops for their own use and a further 45 for each tutorial. In addition to this, there are 50 fixed projectors in the classrooms, 3 digital classrooms with Tablet PC’s, projectors and Wacom tablets, 9 smartboards, 70 robots for Robotics and another 4 for Computer Science, 35 tablets for the teachers on the Gavea Project, plus 360 tablets for pupils and a further 25 for Preschool pupils, 30 tablets- for robotics students 5 drones, 2 video cameras, 2 digital cameras, servers and control units plus a 3 3D printer. |

The department is a differentiating service that deals with the educational needs of each student individually while keeping in mind the diversity among the pupils. It is aware of the specific emotional and educational demands that exist in order to establish a multi-curricular approach in each individual case. The department works alongside the families to adapt the resources to each pupil’s needs, boosting their aptitudes so that each one of them can attain a level of educational excellence. |
The school supports gifted, able and talented students |
Innovation and Pedagogical Research Department has developed a pioneering programme designed to respond specifically to the educational needs of Gifted and Talented students. The programme is the only one of its kind in the province of Castellón and is available to students from other schools. The workshops take place on Saturday mornings from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and involve small groups of students, (a maximum of 12 in each group), with a monthly session for parents, and free use of the gymnasium and swimming pool for parents whilst their children are participating in the workshops. |

The Agora Lledó International School is a private school in Castellón that is part of the Globeducate international group of schools and which meets the most demanding standards of education. ALIS has a 100% pass rate in Selectividad, it provides an international education that focuses on our globalised world and with a special emphasis on a value-based education. In addition to a language immersion programme with a wide range of foreign languages, ALIS offers Spanish Baccalaureate and International Baccalaureate as well as comprehensive art, music and sports programmes. Our students can start at the school from the age of 1 to 18, they follow the International Baccalaureate curriculum with a bilingual education in Spanish and English with a wide and improved offer of global languages including French and German. Our high school students from 16 to 18 years of age can choose between the National Baccalaureate or the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program, whose worldwide renown is endorsed by the excellent academic results of which we are particularly proud. The majority of our families are from the local area, but we currently have 25 nationalities in our community which defines the character of the school and contributes to the international mindedness, confidence, principles and respect we instill in our students that inspire and empower them to make a positive difference in their world. |
