Compass students perform exceptionally well and show great progress year on year. In 2019, Compass International School Doha’s students achieved an average score of 32 points, the school’s highest ever average score in the International Baccalaureate Diploma. . The average score was 8% higher than the IB global average of 29.63 points, widening the gap between Compass International School Doha and other IB schools around the world. This result also showcases the difference that Nord Anglia Education schools bring to students’ academic results.
2019 graduate Aisha Serpedin achieved 42 points out of a potential 45 points, placing in her in the top 2% of IDBP students globally. This is the level of attainment required to gain admission to the world's elite universities, such as Cambridge, Oxford, Harvard and Stanford.
Aisha’s achievement continues Compass’ strong record of academic excellence and year-on-year improvements. In the 2017/18 academic year, Compass graduate Audrey Palosse achieved 40 points, placing her in the top 8% of IBDP students globally and in the 2016/17 academic year, Mujahid Khan achieve 41 points, placing him in the top 4% of IBDP students globally.
In 2019, two Compass students were awarded ‘Top in Qatar’ by Cambridge International Education for the highest mark in Qatar for IGCSE subjects Coordinated Science and Art and Design.

For applicants going into Early Years through Year 2 (ages 3 to 7), the school administers an in-class assessment only. For applicants going into Year 3 through Year 6 (ages 7 to 11), the school administers an online aptitude test and an in-class assessment. For applicants going into Year 7 through Year 13 (ages 11 to 18), the school administers an online aptitude test and a written English test. In all cases the school will request up to two years of previous school or nursery reports (if applicable) and may seek out a teacher recommendation from the applicant’s previous school.

Gharaffa Campus
Our Gharaffa Campus is our longest established campus in Doha. Established in 2006, it welcomes children in Early Years and Primary. We are based to the West of Doha, approximately 10 minutes from both the Madinat Khalifa and Rayyan campuses and near to Education City and Sidra Medicine. Gharaffa Campus also offers the only accredited Dutch Language and Culture programme for Dutch speakers in Qatar.
Madinat Khalifa Campus
The Madinat Khalifa Campus is based in a pleasant residential area approximately 10 to 20 minutes from our sister campuses, within easy reach of West Bay and the city. Our Madinat Khalifa Campus offers Early Years, Primary and Secondary education including Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), the International Primary Curriculum, the English National Curriculum, IGCSEs and the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme.
Our campus offers an outdoor basketball and sports court, football pitch, indoor sports hall and in additional to the 20 metre swimming pool, as well as specialist rooms for science, music, art, ICT and languages.
Themaid Campus
Our Themaid campus is a state-of-the-art, purpose-built campus where we teach and support early years through Year 13. Offering A Levels and IB Diploma Programme secondary pathways to our secondary students.
