The teaching staff are amazing. Unfortunately, the parents run the school and the vast majority of students are not there to learn but to be babysat. No support from a vast majority of SLT and HR are worse, not human or helpful… trying to steal money off people. Check your contract before going… you get a flight home if you leave early (a lot do) and a flight in the summer. Also note that your gratuity should be a minimum of 50% of your salary as per Qatari law not the 30 they somehow manage to get away with…. Look elsewhere to work!!!
