Qualities and characteristics best defining the school |
The Hamilton International School is part of International Schools Partnership (ISP), a UK-based owner and operator of over 62 schools globally. Hamilton first opened its doors in August 2019. Today, the school caters to over 80 different nationalities with 150 staff members from 26 different nationalities.
The school’s vision is 'to ignite students’ passion, to pursue their purpose and forever chase a limitless potential. This has been the cornerstone of the school since it was established in 2019 and drives many school-based decisions. As a school, we are committed to developing the spirit of excellence and sound character in our students through innovative, well-balanced education. Last year, we reviewed our core values through consultation with staff and SLT. The seven core values essentially give our learner profile and are represented by the seven stars on our school badge. Moving forward, we will create a values rubric with milestones for each value showing how this will be evidenced as a child moves from PreKG to Grade 12.
