In the first year of GCSE examinations since 2019, almost a quarter of all entries were awarded a Grade 9, the highest possible grade. 64% of grades were awarded Grade 9 to 7, and 82% attained Grades 9 to 6, making this the best ever set of GCSE results for DBSEH. As with the school's Year 13 results, Dubai British School's results defy the Ofqual prediction that "very few schools or colleges, if any, will get higher results than in 2021". Two DBSEH students achieved ten Grade 9s and 10% of returning students achieved 10 GCSEs at Grade 8 or 9. |
