Class and trolley iPads are used to add an extra dimension to learning, both through use of educational apps and through productivity tools to support in areas such as mind mapping, annotation and presentation. The school's Year 4-6 students take part in the 1:1 iPad programme which enables them to bring their own device to school, loaded with recommended apps and connected to the school's Google Apps for Education environment: this programme offers students a safe and varied platform on which to learn about online collaboration and effective use of technology. |
