We only have experience with the English-taught curriculum in this school. It is a truly international school, with many different nationalities among pupils and teachers. Many teachers are English mother tongue, if not, their level of English is good.
The teachers are very dedicated, and try to cater for everyone's needs. The school does not only celebrate their best performing exam candidates, but also the ones who manage to scrape grading boundaries and obtain their final diploma thanks to very hard work.
Our kids have had the pleasure to do geography along a river, to do a science 'battle' on the sports field, to visit international organisations as well as musea or theatre shows for their language courses, etc.
The school uses ipads and computers, but many teachers also encourage students to use real books and work on paper.
If a child is not very academic, the programme can be too challenging. Both the British IGCSE and the IB Diploma Programme are hard work.
Even though there is no special needs programme, they provide help that goes as far as 50% extra exam time and writing exams on a computer if needed.

I don’t suggest IIL if you have a neurodivergence. It took them 2 months or even more to respond to my asking for extra time ( in the end they didn’t give me it still ). The management in this school is horrendous, my friend asked to move to another class, when she moved they told her they wanted to move her back on several occasions. Also the school teachers are not afraid to yell or shout at you. They will give you marks based on their opinion of you. I do not suggest this school at all.
