When visiting the school it lacked of teaching the students discipline toward the staff (they call their director by his first name and showed him no respect) . The facilities are not in line with the expected International School standard and it is overpriced. Admission staff (which is also one of the owners) was very rude and incompetent. Finally, they sent an email with a presentation of the school with spelling mistakes… when I told them about it, they wrote rude email instead of taking responsibility and correct it.,..

Dear Tanya, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your visit to our school. We value all feedback and take it seriously as we strive to continually improve our educational environment and services. However, we must clarify a few points based on the information you shared.
Firstly, in Spain, it is a common practice for students to address their teachers and school staff by their first names as a sign of familiarity and respect. Our school embraces this cultural norm and encourages a friendly and inclusive atmosphere within our community.
Regarding the facilities, we constantly strive to maintain high standards and provide an excellent learning environment for our students. While we acknowledge that there may be room for improvement, we ensure that our facilities meet or exceed the expected standards for an international school.
As for the pricing, we understand that educational expenses can be a significant consideration for families. We make every effort to offer competitive and fair pricing that reflects the quality of education and resources we provide.
We deeply regret if any member of our admissions staff appeared rude or incompetent during your interaction. Our admissions team plays a crucial role in assisting prospective families and ensuring a smooth application process. We will address this matter internally to ensure that all interactions with our staff are professional, respectful, and efficient.
Regarding the email presentation with spelling mistakes, we apologise for the oversight.
Lastly, we understand that it may have been disappointing for you that we rejected your application for a place for your child. In our correspondence, we explained our reasons and encouraged you to explore alternative educational options that align more closely with your goals and aspirations.
Once again, thank you for sharing your feedback. If you have any further concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly.

This school is new but has a lot of detemination to become the best english speaking school in the area. It has met that expectation and more. The teachers teach the subjects in a way that evn the most challanged student understands it, each person gets individual attention and a freindly learning equipment. The school is international, but everyone gets along, fun culture merges emerge almost regurarly. Some students have problems with english, spanish or catalan, there are free programs to help your child in school. There are 3 different levels for spanish and catalan and 2 different levels for english and french. Do you want for your kid to have exelent IGSCE results and do A-levels without spending a fortune on tutors or extra education courses? Do you want to live in a peacful seaside town? If the anser is yes then this marvelous school is for you.

I was shocked at the level of racism and bullying at this school. Quite a few parents experienced it, and the school did nothing about it. I also found that the school was overpriced for what it offered, and its meagre facilities. The school was full of rich Russians which gave it a strange distorted feel, like i was living in Russia. If thats what you like, then this school is for you. If you want your children to have a balanced and good education, and a good view of life, knowing they are safe and protected when going to school, and not intimidated and scared, then dont send your children to this school.

The school is very new, small, cramped and badly organised. Teachers are young, inexperienced and constantly shifting. The forest is not really a forest as advertised, but a small clump of trees. Different classes are not allowed to use the facilities at different times, which was confusing and which i complained about, and which they then rectified. The school is constantly being redone, with equipment and classrooms being moved around, equipment and technology not being available as advertised on the website and teachers leaving the school constantly etc. Term times changed twice, and the beginning of autumn Term was delayed by 2 weeks, which to me was very unprofessional and incredible!
The teaching is done in english, but very strange to me is that most of the students in Year 6 and below dont speak english at all! So how can they learn? My son, in a class of 18, only had 3... read full review
