Learning Support Program combines in-class support, small group instruction and individual targeted support for students identified as needing additional interventions. The overall goal of the Learning Support Program is to develop the academic skills of students with learning needs so they can develop into successful and independent learners.

Once AISG has received a complete application, the Admissions Office, principal and counselors of the relevant grade level will review the application and determine the best placement for your child.

An array of opportunities are offered across the AISG curriculum to allow students to engage in exploratory activities and pursue passions ranging from robotics to yoga, and journalism to mother-tongue programs.

Physical Education is an integral part of the overall educational experience of our students. Classes are offered as part of the curriculum from preschool to Grade 10. Physical Education/Health are required credits for graduation and earning a high school diploma.

AISG is a proud member of the international Asia Pacific Activities Conference (APAC). As the only APAC school in Southern China, students at AISG have the opportunity to represent the school and develop friendships with other APAC athletes during numerous sporting tournaments throughout the year. AISG is a member of the Guangzhou International School Sports Association (GISSA), and founding members of Southern Delta Region Conference (SDRC), and Pearl River Conference (PRC).

Ersha:
The Ersha Island campus is located in the heart of bustling Guangzhou City and is home to Early Years (Pre-K and K) and Elementary students (Grades 1-5). Early Years students attend classes in a dedicated building with spacious classrooms designed to stimulate curiosity and creativity. Elementary students attend classes in a three-story building with classrooms overlooking a beautiful outdoor courtyard, creating a welcoming and natural atmosphere. All classrooms are well-equipped with cutting-edge Seewo TVs with touch screens, flexible furniture, class libraries, 1:1 iPads (starting in Grade 1), and are well-lit with natural sunlight.

Additional facilities include the same air-conditioned multi-purpose room that is also used for the cafeteria, assemblies, concerts, and performances, a nurse's office, a maker-space area with 3D printers, drones, programming tools, and other learning gadgets, and a central library that contains over 20,000 books.

Science Park:
The Science Park campus is located in the heart of Guangzhou’s technology center, Science City in Huangpu District and is where Secondary students (Grades 6-12) attend. The Science Park campus finished its complete renovation in August 2023 and has state-of-the art, well-equipped facilities with an open concept design.

The academic buildings offer world-class learning environments with an open-concept design that includes glass walls and doors, as well as flexible furniture and accessories. The hallways are spacious, and there are meeting rooms of various sizes outside the classrooms that offer a range of seating options, such as sofas, booths, and study boxes. Inside the classrooms, students have access to cutting-edge Seewo TVs with touch screens, flexible furniture with wheels, dry erase tabletops, and seating and standing options. Secondary students have a 1:1 laptop program.

The Performing Arts Center offers an immersive and authentic experience, featuring a state-of-the-art 499-seat theater with a professional sound and lighting system. The black box, music classrooms, and practice rooms are all purpose-built with high-performance acoustics, allowing students to use their critical listening skills to reach optimal performance levels.

Additional facilities include 5 cutting-edge innovation labs, a cafeteria and cafe area, a nurse's office, a creative multimedia space, a library with more than 15,000 books, 3,000 ebooks and audio books, 40 magazines, and 25 databases.

Ersha:
For sports, play time and activities, there is a dedicated playground and Discovery Center for Early Years with age and size-appropriate equipment. This provides them with a safe and developmentally-appropriate space to play and develop their social skills. For Elementary students, there are two additional playground structures, and an outdoor basketball court. For all students, there is an air-conditioned gymnasium that houses a full-size basketball court and a multi-purpose room used for extra-curricular activities.

Science Park: 
The Athletic Center includes one of the largest natural grass soccer fields of any other international school in Guangzhou, an indoor 25-meter swimming pool, two gymnasiums with three full-sized courts, a fitness room, a dance studio, two external climbing walls, an indoor running track, two rooftop spaces for outdoor learning, and a full educational suite for instruction.
