Our Vision
Our Learning At Milestone we provide a holistic education that allows every child to flourish to their own potential. We provide success for learners in core subjects and meet US Common Core and the California Department of Education standards. English is our language of instruction and we have substantial support systems in place to assist students for whom English is not their first language. We use digital devices and platforms to enhance learning and equip learners with the digital literacy required in the 21st Century. We cultivate the values of learners through reflective cognition, the beauty of arts and music, and the recognition of social and emotional understandings. We develop students’ physical abilities through movement in time and space, using equipment and working as a team.
