Homework is assigned each Friday and then collected the following Thursday. In secondary Google Classroom is utilised for some subjects homework allocation for other suh=jects students have a homework diary. Our homework policy on our website focuses on a healthy home/work balance. |

An emphasis is placed on daily reading (Year 1 read for 5 minutes daily increasing up to Year 11 who read for 30+ minutes per day). In primary online fun Mathletics assigned tasks vary between 10 minutes to 1 hour per week depending on year group. In secondary 2-3 hours per week total homework allocation. |

Mild SEN need are supported within the school by our staff. However, it is important to note that we do not have a specialist SEN unit at Si Ri Panya to deal with complex learning and behavioural difficulties and if your child has such SEN needs, Si Ri Panya reserves the right to refuse admission. We do have a SENCo and a whole school Pastoral Lead |

An English and math assessment is completed at home with the paents, if this shows the required level of learning students are then invited for a meeting with the Headteacher, a brief one-to-one assessment and a visit day. SRPIS will informally in a ‘fun’ manner assess their current developmental progress as well as literacy, numeracy and reasoning. |
