The English Academy is a successful, private British school located in the Hawalli district of Kuwait. The school offers education to students from KG to Year 13 covering the ages from 3.5 to 18 years. Public examinations are taken in Year 10 and 11 for IGCSE, GCSE, and, on completion, may enter the sixth form to study AS and A Levels through the examination boards of Edexcel and Cambridge in the UK. Particular emphasis is placed on the teaching of Arabic in the first three years, thus allowing pupils to develop totally bilingually. |
