Student
I was a student at this school from the age of 3 (1997/98) to 16 (2009/11). Courses during the first years were taught 100% in English by native teachers. It is a great way of getting your children to speak fluent English. During Secondary school, the students are allowed to choose a third language, French or German. Very good science courses which will open many doors. If your child is interested in going to a British university, it is great because students do the British university exams. I decided to study at a Spanish University, so I did the two last years in a Spanish high school (so as to learn science in Spanish). That being said, I have lived in the USA, UK and France after that and the language skills gained during my years at the Canterbury School helped a lot.
The reasons to choose this school are:
1) You want your children to speak fluent English.
2) You want your children to have good studying skills.
3) You want your children to receive a great education.
4) You want to give your children a good chance of studying abroad (I obtained a Masters at U. Southampton, UK and a PhD at U. de Bretagne Occidentale, France).
Other positives:
1) Bus service
2) Cafeteria option
3) After school activities
4) You want your children to have good laboratory skills (interesting if your children are interested in a science career).
Cons:
1) Not cheap
