Brief description of entry evaluation required |
Screening process for PYP1: Your child will be assessed in a group environment on fine and gross motor skills, and social skills. There is no need to prepare your child as it is not a knowledge based test. Screening process for PYP 2 to PYP 5: Your child will be invited to attend an individual screening before entering. In order to assign your child to the right grade, we will look at your child’s Maths and English skills. Screening process for MYP 1 to MYP 3 (grades 6 to 8): Your child will be invited to attend an individual screening before entering. In order to assign your child to the right grade, we will look at your child’s Maths, English, German and Science skills. Additionally, your child will have an interview with our MYP coordinator. Screening process for MYP 4 to MYP 5: Students are required to transfer from an IB MYP school to enter MYP4 and 5 (grades 9 and 10). Your child will be invited to attend an individual screening before entering. In order to assign your child to the right grade, we will look at your child’s Maths, English, German and Science skills. Additionally, your child will have an interview with our MYP coordinator. |
