Overpromising marketing, bad management, unhealthy culture of bullying. Using old style motivation system like students been called to principal office, having pics on grade and child moved daily between green, orange and red zones. You pay a lot and get low grade indonesian teacher who can't deal with student who runs away from school; general assembly where student can be publicly blamed for misbehaviour or badly done homework. Ipad is used in classroom instead of team work. What's the point to pay money and get your child sit in front of device with local teacher.
"+" gorgeous campus with running aircons in easy accessable location

We are sorry to hear that your experience with Mandalika Intercultural School (MIS) did not meet your expectations. Regarding students spending extra time in the principal's office, this is the principal acting in his role as an upper primary and secondary English teacher, providing support to students who may be struggling to keep up with homework expectations. This is not connected to any outdated motivational systems, as suggested.
At MIS, we implement a Class Dojo system across the school, which serves as a positive behavioral reinforcement tool. Our focus is on encouraging students through positive reinforcement, mindfulness, and guidance, without publicly shaming or singling anyone out.
Like many other schools, we ask students to bring their own devices as part of their learning experience. Students engage in collaborative activities throughout the day, including core subjects, physical education, house competitions, and the arts.
As an intercultural school located in Indonesia, many of our teachers are from Indonesia. However, we take pride in the qualifications of all our staff, and we strongly discourage labeling them as "low-grade." Each of our teachers is fully qualified to teach, and we provide ongoing support and professional development to ensure they continually reflect on and improve their practices, in line with international standards and the expectations of our diverse parent community.

Mandalika School has rapidly developed into providing a high level of Early Years and Primary education. It has recently become an accredited Cambridge Curriculum provider and has started delivering into the core subjects. The facilities are great and plenty of room to expand as the local Kuta community continues to increase. The teachers are excellent and really dedicated in providing quality education to the kids. There are many and varied subjects as well as a host of Cross Curricular activities available to suit all students interests.
