Yes, our teachers implemented virtual classes since the first day of Covid-19 quarantine in March 2020. From that moment on virtual classes is a standard practice among the regular class activities developed by the teachers, for those students that are confined due to Covid-19. AIS is a Google Reference School so teachers and students use Google environment tools on a daily basis. |

Alameda International School has a department of specialists in pedagogy, psychology, and speech therapy to attend to those students with special needs. These needs can be cognitive or affective related. The aforementioned Guidance Department is responsible not only for detecting and meeting these needs but also for offering teachers guidance and support on how to attend to their students. |
