This year my son started studying at Casvi school.
Both he and we, his parents, are very happy with the level of the school and the treatment received by the teachers and the rest of the staff.

The school follows a very rigid and outdated approach. One of the most concerning aspects of this school is its management and ownership. Instead of fostering collaboration and innovation, leadership relies on outdated methods, poor communication, and authoritarian decision-making. Constructive feedback is neither welcomed nor valued, and any attempt to suggest improvements is met with resistance or even retaliation.
This has led to a toxic culture where teachers and staff feel constantly under pressure, afraid to voice concerns for fear of consequences. Employees are treated as replaceable, and rather than being supported, they are subjected to unnecessary stress and unrealistic expectations. This type of leadership is not just ineffective—it is harmful, especially in an educational setting where inspiration and motivation should be at the core.
