There are many nationalities with 33 different langauges spoken as first and additional languages.

70% of families are new to Denmark coming from all continents. 30% of families are Danish or have permanent residency in Denmark.

Under the law we operate under, the majority of students should be expats new to Denmark. Currently the balance is 30/70, therefor we are not accepting enrolments from local families for the remainder of the school year.

We are a bilingual school. Teachers that teach the English language subjects (English, Mathematics, Science) are native English speakers. Teachers of Danish language subjects (Danish, PE; Home economics, etc) have native level proficiency.

Additional extra Danish is offered to students in the older classes. In additon, free Danish courses are available for adults.

The third langauge is German as a an additional language.

Yes, we have three fulltime pedogogues that run the before school program and assist in the classroom with student social needs.

Younger classes have access to iPads, while in the olders classes each student is issues with a school laptop. All classroom sare equipted with smartboards.

No. If we accept students with special needs, or later identify a student that reguires special educational support, we will coordinate with the municipality to get the assessment or support required.

As a public international school, we have access to all the resources that public school receive. For example, guidance counselors, psychologists, health nurse, family advisors, speech therapy etc.

We do not have a specific talent program at this time. However, most students joining us are challenged by learning Danish/English/both, which ever is new to them.

For the first year of school (Grade 0) there is a registration process which is completed 9 months prior to school start.

Students may enrol and start mid term, although we recommend starting after a school holiday period, such as winter break, or easter.

School finishes at various times depending on the age. The youngest class finishes at 13:30 while the oldest class finishes at 14:30 or 15:10

We provide before school care at the school for children in the 0-3rd grades. Afternoon care is in cooperation with a local public school available until 17:00.

We do not have a school bus, but student living within the municipality can receive a free bus/train card.
