Miras International School , Nur-Sultan is a K-12 international school. The school was formally opened on September 2nd, 1999 as a private educational institution offering an integrated curriculum based on the Kazakhstani National educational standards and the International Baccalaureate Organization (IB) Programmes. The school has also been designated an authorized IB World School since 2004, Cambridge International General Certificate of Education (IGCSE) Examination Centre since 2002, ECIS Member, a UNESCO Associated Schools Project Network (ASPnet) Associated School since 2000, member of IB schools association in CIS countries (IBSA). The school was accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) and the Council of International Schools (CIS) since 2004. Since February 2012 the school has been granted status of International school by the Government. The school offer a bi-lingual education (Russian and English) with Kazakh language classes as well. There is a French Baccalaureate school operates on the premises. The French School is an independent and separate entity, functions under its own management. |
