Brief description of entry evaluation required |
Students go through Entrance Assessment before being offered a place. If it's Early Years age, they go through a simple 1-hour trial assessment in classroom. If it's Primary and Secondary, applicants sit for paper test or online CAT test which takes about 1.5-2 hours. If the Verbal score appears to be low, we arrange EAL assessment and interview by Head of EAL for about 30 minutes. If the Verbal score appears to be good, skip EAL assessment and proceed directly to the interview by Head of School. In view of COVID-19, we are now allowing Remote Entrance Assessment as well which works similar as above but this can be conducted at home and monitor via webcam. |
