They have high fees, excellent facilities, a more diverse student body and they teach an international curriculum, sometimes affiliated with a particular country. Another aspect of international school life that’s different in Rotterdam and The Hague is the school bus. Private transport to and from the school campus is not at all common in the Netherlands’ schools, whether private or not. This is because public transport throughout the country is, by anyone’s standards, excellent.
