We are providing ESL support for G2 to G4.The ESL Program is open for English language learners from grades 2-4 who have not demonstrated sufficient English proficiency to enable them to access the regular Canadian-based curriculum at WCA. Students who are admitted into the program will be grouped within the same main ESL classroom and will receive instruction from a designated ESL teacher. The ESL teacher will provide intensive English classes for students for most of the day according to international standards for English proficiency. The students may join regular WCA classes according to their grade level for some specialty subjects such as P.E., Arts Education, and Chinese. |
