Concordia supplies students with a multitude of resources and supervised access to the internet in the classroom. Each classroom is equipped with audio/visual equipment (smart TV), printer and internet connectivity (wired and wireless). Cameras and microphones are available as needed. Concordia requires families to provide their Grade 5 through 12 student access to an Apple laptop computer for use at school on a daily basis. |

Support can be provided through a combination of teaching models including in-class support, small group pull-out instruction or Core Support classes, co-teaching, and one-on-one instruction as necessary. It is important to note that no formal Learning Support services are available at the high school level at this time. Concordia does not currently employ a Speech/Language Pathologist, Occupational or Physical Therapist, or Clinical or Educational Psychologist. While some of these supports can be provided on our campus through an outside service provider, they come at an additional cost to the family and Concordia is not responsible for the quality or range of support given through these services. |

Assessments are used to aid the application review process and may consist of some or all of the following: Mathematics, Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary, Listening Comprehension, and/or Writing. Submitting an application does not guarantee assessment. A non-acceptance will be issued without assessment should the admissions review team determine that the student does not meet admittance requirements.

Concordia offers over 300 extracurricular activities for students in the elementary, middle and high school divisions. Activities vary by semester and year and may include but are not limited to the following: book cooks, coding/creating and rolling robots, flower arrangement, Kung Fu, mad science, choir, Lego robotics, clay works, construction toys, programming and animation with Scratch, tennis, arts and crafts, building simple machines, paper handicraft, debate club, animation and 3D graphics, sewing, fitness, chess, Chinese board game club, biking, ceramics, Chinese paper cutting, drones, e-journalism, mask making, master chef, Minecraft, origami, touch rugby, cross country, table tennis, soccer, badminton, volleyball, basketball, track and field. |

In addition to physical education classes in all four divisions, Concordia offers sporting activities through our extracurricular activities program, as well as competitive sports opportunities in basketball, volleyball, badminton, tennis, baseball, softball, soccer, swimming, cross country and track and field. |

Concordia is a member of the following inter-scholastic associations: APAC (Asia Pacific Activities Conference), SISAC (Shanghai International Schools Activities Conference), CISSA (China International Schools Sports Association) and ACAMIS (Association of China and Mongolia International Schools). Sports teams and fine-arts ensembles participate in these associations throughout the school year. Many events require travel to other cities in China, as well as the following nearby countries: Japan, Korea, Philippines and Vietnam. |
