Shanghai Qibao Dwight High School was officially launched in September 2014 and is the first independently-run Chinese-foreign cooperative high school in Shanghai and the first independently-run Chinese-US cooperative high school in China. It is a partnership between Shanghai Qibao High School and Dwight Public School in New York, US. Shanghai Qibao Dwight High School is a three-year full-time boarding (day students accepted) school, open to Chinese as well as international applicants. |

An education supported by strong guidance, in course selection, in pastoral care and through the university admissions process, is a key component of teaching and learning at Qibao Dwight. Students choose basic courses of differing levels and elective courses in different subjects and orientations in the six major learning areas, which are: “Studies in Language and Literature”, “Language Acquisition”, “Individuals and Societies”, “Sciences”, “Mathematics” and “the Arts.
