The current management had decided to increase the annual fees 8 percent every year for the next several to cover the costs of expanding high school, but on the lower level they decided to combine classes to make it 26 students in a classroom (which is very high for an international school) instead of hiring one additional teacher. This is a very, very bad signal about the quality and how things are run there.
