Yes, homework begins in Grade 7. Each student is different with respect to how much time they spend on homework, but the expectation is approximately 20 minutes per subject in grades 7 and 8, and then as the grades increase, the amount of homework will as well. For the upper years, students might expect to spend 2 hours a night on homework, or independent work and projects. |
