READ BEFORE SENDING YOUR CHILD TO ST.JUDES ACADEMY.
This review is long overdo. Will probably file a complaint to the school again even though they are aware as many parents have already complained. Whether you have the money or not, sending your child to a school that cares more about money is not a good choice. They will make it seem like their school is great so please do the research. It's not about the money, it's about the education, community, and environment which is not great at St.Judes. Their importance is on making money, not providing proper education for the children.
1. Don't offer tools required for proper education: 1 Example: the students have to share math textbooks and can not take them home, while public school students each have textbooks and take them home
2. Teachers are constantly being changed through out the school year that affects students learning
3. Teachers in training are being trained in the middle of class time - some of these teachers are hired as the students main teacher but are just starting training - this also affects students education -- normally for the price you pay you would expect your children to have educated/experienced teachers
4.Teachers don't provide the support students need in order to excel in class - they just do the lesson and leave it up to the students to figure the rest out or expect the parent to take over
5. Small classrooms that are not equipped with proper essentials (their science room was apparently just renovated but even the science teacher kept saying they don't have everything they need) -- I also want to note, this small classroom is where your child will study from Grade 7-12 which limits your child from growth.
6. Some teachers start teaching the students with devices and then the next year the new teacher would argue with their students about devices -they don't have a flow from grade to grade or teacher to teacher -this screws up the students education
7. Everything is done and sent online. No agendas for children to keep themselves on track. Trip forms, report cards, etc is all posted on an online app (not ideal for older parents who don't use technology)
8. Some teachers are very rude, and don't know how to properly teach students - their are some that emotionally affect students
9. They always talk highly about a presentation/project they have where they allow students to research and present about real world problems - thought this was great too until I realized there's still bullying, still disrespectful teachers etc that the school allows. (I was under the impression that private school meant students behaved well, or issues like this would be taken seriously)

There is much more to keep typing but overall I would just avoid this school and send your child to a better private school. Some of this information wouldn't even be known if the students didn't come home and share it with us parents. However, the admin seem blind to this, again as money is what's important to them. I hope this review can help out a parent who is thinking about having their child attend this school. I would never write a review for anything out of my own emotions. I only write reviews when I feel like there is something very wrong, and don't want other children or parents to get affected too. To any parents that actually enjoy St.Judes, I'm glad you like it, but please keep in touch with your children and really ensure they are being offered good education, or have proper teachers. In my opinion I wouldn't let a student attend this school past grade 6 because of how little they have to offer. Your child's mind will be limited. They take all this money from each student but I don't see what they are doing with it??
Anyways. Hope this helps out someone or that St.Judes reads this and starts making students education a priority, creating a safer/healthier community that students actually feel happy in, and also hiring educated and experienced teachers. I know half the students would agree with this review.

SJA is a good school, the teachers are dedicated and patient, the lecture are clear and easy to understand, and as international students we adapted quickly to the lessons. The school was kind enough to give us the opportunity to watch the recording of the lessons due to the time difference for those of us were online.

This school has a very happy atmosphere. Students are very well cared for, their academics and well-being. Staff are so dedicated and nothing is too much trouble. My children love this school and don't want to go anywhere else. They've made huge improvements in their grades and talk all the time about how they enjoy every day. International schools that create a family atmosphere as well as ensuring academic excellence are really rare but SJA does it!

Due to the epidemic, I took online courses for two years. But every teacher is very responsible, we work together to overcome the difficulties of online courses. It is a pity that I could not meet every teacher in school, but I still felt the serious and responsible attitude of every teacher in the online class.
