Thames British School now has five campuses with excellent facilities operating in and around Warsaw. Two are located in the Ochota district of Warsaw, near the scenic Park Szczęśliwicki, one is in the Włochy district near Warsaw’s business hub, and the other just outside of Warsaw near Piaseczno, our new campus is situated near Pole Mokotowskie.
Włochy Campus | Ages 6-14
Our Włochy Campus is a state-of-the-art campus that houses our Primary and Secondary School and accepts pupils from Year 2 (6-7 years old) to Year 9 (13-14 years old).
The classrooms are all equipped with interactive technology, a class computer, and reliable wi-fi access. The bright, spacious, modern layout of our classrooms are conducive to creating calm, positive learning spaces, and therefore ideal environments for catering to your child’s educational needs. Alongside these classrooms, the campus also boasts a number of specialist learning environments: modern, fully equipped and functional biology and chemistry labs, and generously resourced IT and art facilities.
Ochota Campus | Ages 5-11
Our Ochota Campus is a stately building that houses our primary school and accepts pupils from Year 1 (5-6 years) to Year 6 (10 – 11 years).
It is an ideal learning space which is situated within easy reach of the city centre of Warsaw but feels quite serene thanks to its well-placed locale opposite a park and cushioned by trees and bushes which hide the busy hustle and bustle of city life.
Our classrooms are bright and spacious and have the capacity to provide education to two classes within each year group of primary school. In addition to the spacious learning environment, we also have a newly refurbished indoor gym and outdoor play area as well as excellent study facilities such as our freshly stocked library and modern IT room. To make learning even more accessible, we also have Macbooks and Ipads as well as interactive whiteboards.
Mokotów Primary Campus | Ages 5-11
Our Mokotów Campus is a stately building that houses our Pre-School and Primary School and accepts pupils from Reception (5 years old) to Year 6 (11 years old).
Our newly acquired Mokotow campus is located within walking distance to Metro Pole Mokotowskie.
It is a detached building situated in a calm, picturesque place right next to the park. It is a convenient location as it can be easily reached from Old Mokotów, Wyględów, Wierzbno and other areas in and around Mokotów.
Piaseczno Campus | Ages 3-14
Our Piaseczno Campus is a well-equipped campus in a suburban location to the south of Warsaw and accepts pupils from Nursery (2 1/2 years) through to Year 9 (14 years).
This wonderful learning space offers a true breath of fresh air for all our students. Set amongst expansive green fields under big skies, the campus provides a multitude of opportunities for active outdoor learning and recreation. The suburbs of Piaseczno are approximately 30 minutes drive from the city centre, and the school is served by a dedicated bus service.
For our youngest learners we follow the British Early Years Foundation Stage Framework. Throughout the rest of the school, from Year 1 up to Year 9, we follow the Cambridge program of learning. We also ensure that all of the Polish Curriculum requirements are met in both our primary and secondary classes.
Park Campus | Ages 2.5-6
Our Park Szczęśliwicki Campus is a small and homey Early Years center. Our groups: Pre-Nursery, Nursery, Reception and Year 1, consist of children aged from 2,5 to 6 years old.
Our Campus is situated in Ochota district, next to a scenic park with a lake and a playground that we like to visit. It is located in a two storey building with a playground space hidden among trees, which provide shelter from the sun, rain and wind; and home to birds and squirrels.
All classrooms are equipped with smartboards, they are also filled with books, games, toys and exquisitely decorated by our teachers and students. We also take pride in our gym and a cozy library.
Mokotów High School Campus | Ages 14-18
Our Mokotów High School Campus is a state-of-the-art facility for Years 10-13, located on the ground floor of the Tupilan House business centre. The campus is ideally-suited to the learning needs of our senior students, providing first-rate preparation for the IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) and A level examinations that enable their transition to the world’s top universities.
Our new campus is situated in the heart of the Mokotów district within easy reach of the city centre with convenient and accessible transport links. It can be easily accessed from the Ochota and Włochy districts, Ursus, the city centre, Mokotów, Ursynów, Wilanów and Raszyn by car or public transport.
