Qualities and characteristics best defining the school |
The Lycée Francais International de Rangoun is a small sized establishment with a very good teacher/student ratio (1:12 on average). The teachings follow the program set up by the French ministry of Education, and our teachers hold high level degrees. As two thirds of our teaching is done in French, dedicated French classes with students of all ages are a necessary tool for language improvement, and allows your child to be bilingual after a few years of studies. We put the emphasis on sports, arts and cultural exchanges, in a comforting environment that allows the students to blossom and gain in self confidence. |
Teaching approach of the school |
Their is a double goal that we have set for each pupil: to ensure that each child has a stimulating personal development in a benevolent environment, but also guaranteeing academic excellence in order to take each student, in a personalized way, as far as possible. And Bilingual education, unique in Yangon, is at the heart of our efforts! Beyond these aspects, one element is an integral part of our establishment plan: to found a real community where each actor, teacher, staff, pupil, parent, finds his place and feels he/she belongs to some something bigger! |
