We were at Tandem for less than a year before we decided we had to move to a different school.
The teachers were OK, not horrible, but not great. They care, but I think they were asked to step into roles they were not adequately trained for, and I get the sense that the school administration could not help them when they asked for help, but instead further pressured them.
The administration was substantially below sub-par. Their idea of working with parents seemed to consist primarily of threats to kick the children out. In a class of roughly 20 children, over a third of the parents had expressed serious concerns, with most of them also having received multiple threats of their children being kicked out of the school.
