CNG hires teachers internationally therefore they have great teachers. Local stuff also polite mostly but due to cultural differences and different mentality some things are not what you expect although it’s an international school mainly following US school standards. If you have a child with special medical needs you have to stay on top of it and frequently communicate with the medical staff. Their negligence or lack of education almost brought our family to tragedy. Thankfully my child safe and with us. After what happened to our child, the school Principal or the President of the school none of them contacted us to ask about the situation and didn’t even try to show any efforts so this doesn’t happen again. They are out of touch. Horrible leadership. We had to initiate meeting to follow up on what happened so they know what to do to avoid this happening in the future by providing immediate medical assistance to the child/student. Instead of apologizing for what happened their Vice-Principal at that time and now a Principal questioned my statements and one of their nurses immediately from the start of the meeting tried to cover up for herself blaming us parents when they were the ones that were supposed to do their job properly and it was obvious that the school staff were prepared to lie and deny everything to cover their asses. Another nurse was decent and honest enough to apologize and expressed how sorry she was for what we had to go through rushing to emergency room in an insane traffic with our child. If we go back to Colombia I would not pit my child into this school and would recommend Embassy families to carefully choose and research before they decide to go with CNG. On a positive note, most of the teachers that my children had were professional and wonderful. Only because of the teachers and some admin staff I gave the school more than one star otherwise it would be rated as a one star or zero.

It is a school focused on the learning experience of students. In this sense, the teaching staff can access the best professional development alternatives; added to resources and state-of-the-art technology, they enable teachers to grow exponentially in their daily tasks to receive the best education in the country.
