Great school with very supportive school staff, effectively achieving both education goals as well as nurturing students’ Social growth, life skills, interpersonal skills. Respective to parents, cultures. Staff is careful not to create no healthy competition with academic scores closely monitored only between parents, teachers and respective students, not in context of who is best but if an individual achieves their own best.

I attended FIS from 2009 until graduation in 2018.
It was the best experience ever and I am forever grateful that my parents decided to enroll me here when they had other options such as the ISF or a German local school. The most important thing for me was that I was able to make lifelong friends who I bonded with through the tough IB curriculum and the great atmosphere at FIS.
I feel that I should mention that the school atmosphere, students, and teachers were especially welcoming, supportive, and open-minded. The teachers in general were experts in their subjects and I felt that I got the full support I needed to pass the IB. The hiccups that I noticed were regarding TOK and CAS, for which your experience really varies on who you get as your supervisor.
