My son and daughter enrolled at NWIS a few years ago.
We chose NWIS for them because of the potential we saw in the school with its excellent facilities, elaborate workspaces and the ideal architecture suitable to the safety and development of our children. I was also impressed by the care and individual attention given to our kids, taking their interest fully at heart.
Over the years, I’ve realised the extent of support and exposure given to our children to face an ever-smaller global village for a truly international experience. My son and daughter are non-Arabic speakers but have gradually become very comfortable with the new languages they’ve been exposed to.
NWIS has a very dynamic staff participating in multitudes of activities, always keeping our children engaged and aware of their community and world at large. Never a week goes by for the school not to have an event or campaign involving everyone in their broader community.
I am always amazed by the vibrant staff with their good work ethic - always going the extra mile to ensure a higher standard of education for their students.
The school offers a plethora of curricula with so many learning streams to choose from. I can only see exciting times ahead for NWIS as a rapidly growing school with endless possibilities.

The KG provision of this school is absolutely outstanding. My son began in KG1 this year and it is his second home. The KG teacher he had has a background in Early Childhood Psychology and she builds relationships with each child as if they are her own. As a non-Arabic speaker, my son has felt welcomed and happy in both languages, and in his Spanish class, and the variety of activities and hands-on learning to build his reading and writing even at 3 years old is extraordinary. Highly recommend this school.

My daughters started this year at NWIS in Primary. They are both Spanish speakers.
The school has a EAL (English immersion) teacher who has supported them in one-to-one daily sessions. My daughters have made friends outside of their classes with participation in after school activities (cooking, swimming, taekwondo... ), which is great as an expat.
