As a parent with children in both the Primary and Secondary schools at Southbridge International School, I have been pleased with the education my children are receiving. The Primary School stands out with its comprehensive and engaging programme, and I’ve seen my children thrive academically and socially under the guidance of caring teachers.
The Secondary School is also progressing well, though there is always room for further improvement in ensuring consistency across various areas. With the school’s focus on continuous development, I’m confident that both sections will keep growing and offering a strong educational experience.
Overall, I am happy with Southbridge’s commitment to my children's growth and look forward to seeing how the school continues to evolve. Keep up the great work, Southbridge!

I'm Australian and have kids at Southbridge International School Cambodia. This year has been really remarkable for me, and I’m quite stoked with the curriculum — it’s well-differentiated for both Khmer and expat parents. What stood out most was how I was treated by the new principal for the primary school. You can tell the school hired the right person for the job. I walked away feeling inspired after meeting with him.
I’d definitely recommend the school to other expats — their Cambridge curriculum is fantastic. There are so many subjects on offer, and I reckon it’s a great school for our kids. I wouldn’t want to send my kids anywhere else. The fields are awesome, and they’ve got some of the best facilities of any school in Cambodia. The school just keeps getting better. It’s a proper international school where your child gets exposed to the world.

My son has been enrolled at southbridge for 2 years now in primary and I'd be happy to keep him there another year. I talk to his teacher often on SeeSaw about his H/W and he's made some great friends. He has a good mix of nationalities in his class and likes his teachers.
The school communicates regularly with us about events, homework, holidays and they do a lot of involve parents in activities within the school year; Christmas fair, halloween, celebration of learning etc. It's great knowing what my son is up to without having to rely on him to tell me. To respond to the previous review, my son alternates swimming and PE each week and plays football everyday so he's definitely using all the facilities he can. The school leadership has been stable since I've been there and the Primary leadership are all very friendly and approachable.
I can't speak to the Khmer program, as my ... read full review

I had high hopes for SISC as it's close to our home and has a dual curriculum (international and khmer). Unfortunately the khmer curriculum was no better than government schools and complaints were never listened to. The only difference between SISC and a public school is the location. Several other parents withdrew their kids to go to public schools because the khmer teachers were better there.
The international curriculum was ok but my kid's teacher changed 3 times in one year so I never knew who to speak to. I didn't know why the teachers left or what my kid was learning about.
The facilities look very nice, but when you go inside it looks no better than tier 3 schools, vague quotes on the walls and giant posters that have nothing to do with either curriculum, it felt like no thought had been put in to education, just appearance. The big sports field was great, but breaks w... read full review
